Terms of Use
Last updated: July 2026
1. Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern the use of Wuzzio, a service published by CALIJU SRL (BCE 0893.605.273, Gembloux, Belgium). By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.
2. The service
Wuzzio is a shared organisation app: tasks, calendar, shopping lists, expenses and meals, to use alone or as a group. The core service is free. Paid options (Wuzzio+) may be offered; they are governed by the terms of sale.
3. Your account
- You provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. Actions performed from your account are deemed to be yours.
- Self-registration is reserved for people aged 13 and over.
- Children under 13 do not have an independent account: a "kid" role account is created and managed by a parent or legal guardian, who confirms their authorisation at creation.
4. Your content
The tasks, lists and other content you create remain your property. You only grant us the technical right to store them and display them to the members of your groups, in order to provide the service. We do not use your content for any other purpose.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for illegal purposes or to harm third parties.
- Do not attempt to compromise the security of the service (intrusion, overload, circumventing limitations).
- Do not send spam through invitations or group links.
6. Availability and changes
We do our best to keep the service available and backed up, without a guarantee of continuous availability. Features may change. If the service is discontinued, we will notify you with reasonable notice so you can export your data.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages. Wuzzio is an organisation tool: you remain responsible for your obligations (deadlines, appointments) even if a reminder fails.
8. Suspension and termination
You can delete your account at any time from your profile; your data is then deleted or anonymised in accordance with the privacy policy. We may suspend an account in case of serious violation of these terms, after notice except in urgent cases.
9. Personal data
The processing of your personal data is described in the privacy policy.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the courts of the judicial district of Namur, without prejudice to consumer protection rules. Contact: hello@lacensedebaudecet.be.
