Terms and Conditions

1. Parties

Seller: CALIJU SRL, BCE 0893.605.273, registered in Gembloux (Belgium). Contact: hello@lacensedebaudecet.be.

Customer: any natural or legal person who subscribes to a Wuzzio+ plan via the platform wuzzio.com.

2. Subject

These T&Cs govern the sale of Wuzzio+ subscriptions (monthly, annual, lifetime) giving access to the premium features of the Wuzzio application.

3. Prices and VAT

Prices shown on the pricing page are excluding VAT. Belgian VAT (21%) is added at checkout for Belgian residents. The final VAT-inclusive amount is displayed before payment confirmation.

  • Monthly: €3 excl. VAT / month
  • Annual: €30 excl. VAT / year (= €2.50 excl. VAT / month)
  • Lifetime: €60 excl. VAT (one-time payment, launch offer)

4. Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd). CALIJU SRL does not store any card data. Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, SEPA, Bancontact.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article VI.53, 13° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to digital content delivered immediately after payment, provided the consumer has expressly consented to the waiver.

By subscribing, you accept that access to Wuzzio+ features is activated immediately and you waive your right of withdrawal. However, if you are unsatisfied within 7 days of your first purchase, contact us at hello@lacensedebaudecet.be — we will review your refund request case by case.

6. Cancellation

Monthly / Annual: you can cancel at any time from your settings. Access remains active until the end of the paid period. No prorated refund for the remaining period, except as required by law.

Lifetime: one-time payment, non-refundable after 7 days (see article 5).

7. Service availability

Wuzzio is provided "as is". CALIJU SRL commits to keeping the service available but does not guarantee 100% uptime. In the event of a prolonged outage, a credit or partial refund may be granted at CALIJU SRL's discretion.

8. Personal data

Data processing is described in our privacy policy.

9. Governing law

These T&Cs are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Namur (Belgium). For consumers, online mediation is available via the EU Commission's ODR platform.
