Privacy policy

1. Data controller

2. Data collected

  • Account: first name, email, hashed password (bcrypt).
  • Content: tasks, projects, shopping lists you create in the application.
  • Usage: action types (login, task creation), date — no personal content. This data stays on our servers (no third parties).
  • Payment: processed by Stripe. CALIJU SRL only sees the Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
  • Push notifications: WebPush subscription key stored on our servers if you enable notifications.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Service provision (Art. 6.1.b GDPR — contract performance)
  • Invoicing and legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR)
  • Product improvement via internal aggregated statistics (Art. 6.1.f GDPR — legitimate interest)
  • Notification and activation emails — can be disabled in your settings (Art. 6.1.a GDPR — consent)

4. Recipients

Your data is hosted on a dedicated OVH server in Europe (France). Payment is processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd, Dublin). We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

5. Retention period

  • Account data: kept until account deletion + 30 days.
  • Accounting data: 7 years (Belgian legal obligation).
  • Anonymised usage data: rolling 12 months.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, delete, object to the processing of, or request portability of your data. To exercise these rights or delete your account, use the Settings → Profile page or contact us at hello@lacensedebaudecet.be. Response time: 30 days.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).

7. Minors

Wuzzio can be used by children through the kid role (under 13). These accounts are created and managed exclusively by a parent or legal guardian (admin or owner role in the household). The child does not have an independent account and cannot create their own access. Data created under this role is processed under the parent's responsibility.

8. Cookies

Wuzzio uses only a session cookie (authentication) and localStorage data for your interface preferences. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

9. Security

HTTPS connection required. Passwords hashed with bcrypt. Restricted database access. Daily OVH backups.
